Bio
In total 30+ years involved in training & development of people across 3 different environments The Army, Business\Corporate Enterprises and Rugby coaching. Involved in training within both the Reserve Army and the Army Cadet Force, teaching a range of subjects, including as part of a Recruit Training Team with the Reserve Army. 25+ years of Training & Development in a business\corporate environment, including Post Graduate Professional Education courses and across the spectrum to soft skills courses such as customer care and also more technical related courses such as infection control.
Claire Butcher

Bio
17 years of running her own training company, with various training roles before that; Claire went out on her own to ensure that she could deliver tailored training to her clients, rather than the typical “off the shelf” courses that other companies churned out. Claire has trained everything from IT, Soft Skills, NLP, Coaching and has also trained many Facilitators in her time. Claire is actively involved in a charity which teaches team building and team leading to young people. During the 16 years she has been doing this, there have been many fantastic facilitators created and developed; who continue to carry forward that legacy to other young people.
Mission REPORT CL001
On a recent mission in war torn Morovia*, team CL001 were engaged to participate in the latest of a series of missions to solve the crisis the country is facing.
The mission required teamwork, observation skills, problem solving, leadership, delegation and communication to solve the tasks and to make a difference to the situation in a very difficult and challenging climate.
